I took my 2018 Range Rover Sport in for a major coolant leak. Luis and Steven went to work on my vehicle right away. These gentlemen have top tier customer service. I appreciate the personalized consultation they give that you don't get from a major dealership service department.

After everything I went through with my previous mechanic, finding British Unlimited was a breath of fresh air. Luis is direct and no-nonsense, but he also seems honest, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about Jaguars. The shop is clean and professional, and they fixed in four days what my previous mechanic couldn’t get right after keeping my car for eight months. That alone speaks volumes. As long as they continue providing this level of service and excellence, I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll have no problem recommending them to others. Thank you, Luis and the team, for finally getting some of these issues handled the right way.

I love my RR but wouldn't own one if British Unlimited wasn't an option. 2010 RR SC has had its share of "expected" problems, these guys have been amazing with everything. Whenever there's options to OEM and saving money with a superior part, they're on it. Can't recommend them highly enough, they have been exceptional in every way.

I brought my car here after the Range Rover dealer wanted to charge me $8,000 for the same repairs that British Unlimited was going to fix and they charge me a lot cheaper . They took the time to fix everything, kept me in the loop and made sure everything was fixed before giving me my car back and they did a fantastic job. At first I was just going to sell my Range Rover especially after just buying it but they fixed it and I couldn’t thank them enough . I appreciate you guys and will only be doing business with them because they’re very honest and enjoy doing what their doing. Thank you guys.
